Calendar
See events, time off, agent work, counts, deliveries, and shipments in one place.
The workspace Calendar brings scheduled work together with events your team adds. It shows the underlying work you have permission to see, including sources from the apps enabled in your workspace, and links back to the workflow that owns each entry.
Add an event
My calendar and Team calendar are calendar labels. Record visibility and workspace permissions determine who can see an event; choosing My calendar alone does not establish a private event. Selecting an assignee or guest records that association. It does not send an external calendar invitation or provide an RSVP workflow.
The new-event panel currently saves Does not repeat, Daily, Weekly, Annually, and Every weekday. It also displays other repeat choices, but unsupported patterns show an error when saved. Leave Linked records empty: that field is not connected yet.
- Click an empty day or time slot, or choose New event when that button is shown. In a timed view, you can select the intended time range.
- Enter a title, start and end date and time, or select All day. Choose the timezone that describes the event.
- Choose My calendar or Team calendar. Administrators can also create a holiday in Holidays.
- Add a description, location, assignees, and guests as needed. The Attendees text field accepts an existing workspace member’s full name or email address.
- Choose a supported repeat option and add the event. Its preview follows the dates and title while you fill in the panel.
Edit an event or repeating series
Open an event to edit its title, type, dates, time, calendar, people, location, or notes. Only its creator or an administrator can change it. To record time off with the current calendar forms, add an event, reopen it, and change Type to Time off. A member can record their own time off; an administrator can record it for another person. Only administrators can create holidays.
The event editor supports no repeat, every day, every weekday, every week, every two weeks, every month, and every year, with an optional Repeat until date. Normal edits apply to the series. Use Skip [date] only to omit a particular occurrence.
Drag an event to reschedule it while preserving its duration. For a repeating event, choose This event or All events. An occurrence already moved separately continues to move on its own. Deleting a repeating event removes the series; the confirmation makes that scope explicit.
Comments and history opens the underlying event record, where the usual record discussion, visibility, and history tools apply. Events also use the regular record trash behavior.
Open or reschedule the underlying work
Open a count, purchase order, or sales order from its calendar entry to act on it in the relevant workflow. These entries are not draggable calendar records: change their schedule through the source count or order. Calendar access follows the source’s permissions, including assigned-work visibility.
An upcoming, draft, or paused agent task can be moved by its creator or an agent manager before it runs. For a recurring task, choose This occurrence or This and following. Work that has already produced an occurrence is not moved by dragging its old entry.
To build a new agent schedule, open the agent’s profile and choose Schedule task. Calendar opens existing agendas so you can review their items and execution history. The scheduling flow identifies whether it is live or a simulation. A simulation records scheduled activity without running workflows, spending credits, or changing workspace records.
Set dates, timezones, and card details
In the calendar sidebar’s Settings, choose the start of the week, whether to show weekends, and whether to show completed tasks. Completed tasks covers completed counts and agent work; it does not hide every past event or completed order.
Timezone can follow User default or use a specific timezone for this view. When your device timezone differs, Calendar can suggest switching. All-day events stay on the same calendar dates for readers in different timezones. Workspace regular hours provide a time-of-day reference in the grid.
Dates shown chooses the date fields represented on the calendar, including an optional end field. Card fields lets you choose up to six additional fields for an entry. Ordinary objects with date fields can also have calendar views, and editable record dates can be moved there. Their unscheduled tray helps locate records without mapped dates.
Understand the current boundaries
Calendar is an in-app view of workspace records and schedules. It does not currently sync with Google Calendar or Outlook. The Expiration dates checkbox is present in the workspace sidebar, but inventory expirations are not yet a source in this combined Calendar; use a calendar view of the relevant inventory date field instead.
Show declined events is a saved display setting, but there is no event RSVP or decline workflow to document yet. Large windows may be truncated; narrow the dates or filters when the calendar reports that it could not show every entry.
